Jury members Eden Baylee left a twenty-year banking career to write and is now a full-time author of multiple genres.She has written three collections of erotic novellas and flash fiction ~ Spring into Summer, Fall into Winter, and Hot Flash.In 2014, she launched the first novel of her trilogy with Dr. Kate Hampton—a psychological mystery/suspense called Stranger at Sunset. Dug Claxton is honoured to return as a juror and combine his passion for promoting positive sexuality with his years of experience working in the film industry. He’s delighted to be working with a team that seek to bring diverse experiences and stories to the screen. Kyisha is a Black, queer, high femme, sex-positive artist and health promoter. Her favourite mediums are filmmaking, acting, and dance. Kyisha works within Black/queer/trans/youth/racialized/criminalized and HIV+ communities, and works to accurately portray the realities of these communities on-screen. Kyisha fuses her experience as a health promoter with her work as an artist, creating socially relevant content that discusses health and promotes healthy sexuality and consent culture. Amy Abugo Ongiri is Associate Professor and the Jill Beck Director of Film Studies at Lawrence University. Her research interests include Film and Media Studies, Africana Literature and Culture, Cultural Studies, and Gender and Sexuality Studies. Her scholarly work has appeared in numerous publications. Her creative non-fiction has been published in Mutha Magazine, Black Girl Dangerous, Writers Resist, Glitterwolf, Black Lesbian Love Lab, and The Rad Families Anthology. When she’s not watching porn, she enjoys collecting just about anything you can buy on the internet, parenting and complaining about US racial politics. Jon Pressick is the sex community’s media gadabout. He can be heard as a cohost of the radio show Sex City and his writings appear frequently on Kinkly, Cherry Banana, Future of Sex and his own blog Sex in Words.
